Dr. Kulick

Dr. Jessica Kulick is a native of the Fox Valley area and was born and raised in Kimberly, Wisconsin. After high school, she decided to stay close to home and attend the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Chemistry minor. She received her Doctorate in Optometry at Illinois College of Optometry (ICO) in Chicago, IL. ICO is well known in the optometric field as the best in ocular disease and pediatric care.

At ICO, she completed externship rotations in geriatrics, pediatrics, low vision, ocular disease, and contact lenses. She is well-versed in all aspects of optometry. She is interested in pediatrics and is actively involved with InfantSEE (providing free eye exams for 6-12 months old). Dr. Jessica has also treated patients with conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, foreign bodies, glaucoma, cataracts, red eye, dry eye, and neurological deficits (stroke, double vision). Dr. Jessica can fit specialty contact lenses (Scleral lenses) and can provide low vision assistance. Jessica is a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Jessica Kulick resides with her husband, Josh, and their son, Lincoln, in Oshkosh. She enjoys bowling, camping, cruising, and her dogs.
